General provisions1.1 The online store (hereinafter referred to as “Store”) is operated by Honey lab sp z o.o., with its registered seat at Żołnierzy I Armii Wojska Polskiego 10 / B6, 81-383 Gdynia, Poland, NIP: 5862395737, REGON: 526162511.1.2 Use of the Store implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2 Orders 2.1 By placing an order, the Customer undertakes to purchase products according to selected parameters (quantity, type of honey, packaging).2.2 Placing an order is not tantamount to its acceptance. Confirmation of the order is made by sending an e-mail confirming acceptance of the order.
3 Prices and payment3.1 The prices of products in the Store are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include the applicable VAT.3.2. the Customer can make payment for the order using the payment methods available in the Store.
Delivery4.1 Delivery costs are determined at the stage of placing an order and depend on the selected method of delivery and place of delivery.4.2 Delivery time is approximate and may vary depending on the availability of products and the selected delivery method.

5 Returns and complaints5.1 The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving the order. The cost of return shall be borne by the customer.5.2 Complaints about the quality of the products must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the order.

6. personal data protection6.1 Customers' personal data shall be processed in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy of the Store.

7 Final provisions7.1 The store reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions.7.2 Any disputes arising from contracts concluded within the Store will be settled by the competent courts.
