Honeys, honeys and honey
Immerse yourself in the taste of nature and discover the uniqueness of real honey from the heart of the apiaries, where tradition meets passion.
Honey contains the amino acid tryptophan, which can help produce serotonin and then melatonin, the hormone that regulates sleep. Some people believe that a warm drink of honey before bed can improve sleep quality.
A small amount of honey can help regulate digestive processes and strengthen intestinal microflora.
Thanks to its content of natural sugars, mainly glucose and fructose, honey can be a source of quick energy, especially for physically active people. After exercise, it can also help with muscle recovery.
Honey can help relieve cough and sore throat symptoms by forming a protective layer on the throat mucosa and having an anti-inflammatory effect.
Honey has antibacterial and antiseptic properties. It contains natural compounds, such as hydrogen peroxide, which can help fight infections and promote wound healing.
Honey contains antioxidant compounds such as flavonoids and phenolacids, which help fight free radicals in the body and can help protect against oxidative stress and chronic diseases.
Honey contains a variety of nutrients, such as vitamins (e.g., vitamin C, B vitamins), minerals (e.g., iron, potassium, magnesium), amino acids and enzymes, which can support health in general.
Thanks to its nutritional content and antimicrobial properties, honey can help strengthen the immune system.

Grandpa Bruno's apiary consists of several hundred hives located on dozens of benefits, in Pomerania and Kuyavia, as well as befriending apiaries from various parts of Europe. Some of them are stationary hives - from these we were able to obtain, for example, dandelion and phacelia honey. Bees from Kuyavia's hives visit the surrounding acacia and lime trees every year. Cyclically, large quantities of buckwheat and rapeseed honey are also easily obtained, as both crops are often grown by farmers in both regions. Some of our hives make trips to nearby forests for honeydew, heath, wild rose, orchards or lavender plantations... In this way, our bees contribute to the creation of honeys that are diverse and rich in flavor, aroma, color and nutritional value. Which benefits not only us, the consumers, but most importantly themselves and the entire ecosystem.
Our busy beekeepers take care of every stage of honey extraction ensuring not only a variety of flavors, but most importantly a wealth of natural nutrients. We obtain our honeys in harmony with the rhythm of nature, with respect for the bees' friends, their biological cycles and the natural processes that take place in the hives.
Our bees collect nectar from ecologically clean areas, giving you the assurance that the honey is free of artificial substances and pesticides.
Our honey provides you with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that support your health and well-being.
Each spoonful is a palpable taste of nature, reflecting the variety of flowers from which our nectar comes.
