VIENNA COOKIES
Ingredients:
20 dag of flour,

glass of chopped almonds
Scald the nuts, clean the peel and dry them slightly. Then mash them with sugar and mix them with half of the egg whites and baking powder. Run the mixture through a meat grinder so that there are no lumps in the dough later, then add the flour and the rest of the egg whites. Mix the whole mixture well into a homogeneous mass.Place the finished dough on a baking tray lined with paper, spooning it with grease beforehand so that the dough comes off well.Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes in a medium-heated oven.
WALNUT COOKIES

Cream the butter with sugar, add honey and a cup of cold water. Mix flour with powder and add gradually to the mixture until you get a thick dough. Roll out the dough and cut out disks or crescents with a glass with thin edges. so that the dough does not stickto the glass, you need to sprinkle its edges with flour. Place the cut out cookies on a greased baking tray and immediately bake at medium temperature. You can sprinkle the cookies on top with vanilla sugar, granulated sugar or powdered sugar.
HOMEMADE COOKIES

Pour half of the dried raspberries in boiling water in such an amount that it only covers them, and boil until they are soft, and then rub through a sieve and prepare the juice. For each cup of juice, take a cup of honey and boil.Crush the rest of the raspberries and rusks, mix in equal amounts and add, stirring constantly, to the hot juice with honey. The mixture of rusks and raspberries must be added enough to make a thick batter, which should be cooked until the rusks are cooked. Then arrange the cakes with a spoon on a baking tray and dry in the oven. Ready gingerbread cakes sprinkle with sugar and hide in a tin.
RASPBERRY GINGERBREAD
Ingredients:

40-50 dag flour,

20 dag of granulated sugar,
25 dag of cream or sour milk,
2 teaspoons of spices,a teaspoon of baking powder or soda
Beat egg with sugar in a bowl until white. Add honey, spices, baking powder, mix. Add flour and knead the dough for 5-10 minutes. To make the dough dark, add caramel (brown a teaspoon of sugar in a small pan, spread with two tablespoons of water and boil). Put the dough on a baking tray greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Sprinkle almonds or nuts on top and bake for 15-20 minutes.Slice the cooled gingerbread. You can also cut it horizontally and spread it with jam and glaze it on top.
